The house is set on a 4,000 m² plot with a small olive grove and landscaped gardens.
It has a breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea and the island of Corfu. The property is well fenced and located near some small beaches. It is just 12 km from the port of Igoumenitsa, where ferries leave for Italy and the Egnatia motorway.
